Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
